Skill Development Programme

Empowering individuals with livelihood-focused training and capacity-building initiatives

Introduction

The Skill Development Programme of the Foundation for Social Care (FSC) is designed to empower marginalized communities—especially youth and women—by equipping them with practical, employment-oriented skills. These programs support sustainable livelihood creation and help bridge the socio-economic gap.

Since its inception, FSC has implemented multiple skilling modules, workshops, and training initiatives across urban and rural areas of Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states, transforming thousands of lives.
