Overview

The Immunization & Vaccination Programme by the Foundation for Social Care (FSC) is a cornerstone of our public health work. Since 1994, we’ve provided free and accessible vaccines to underserved communities, reducing preventable diseases and saving lives.

Our approach combines medical access with education, outreach, and collaboration with national immunization drives.

Programme Scope

Pulse Polio Campaign (Since 1994): Annual participation in national campaigns reaching thousands of children in slums, madrassas, and villages.
Routine & Special Immunization: Coverage for tetanus, measles, hepatitis A/B, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, and more.
Hepatitis Vaccination (Since 2008): Targeted drives for adolescents and labor groups along with awareness workshops.
COVID-19 Vaccination Support (2021–22): On-site registration, mobilization, counseling, and side-effect management.

Delivery Mechanism

Implemented through: Hayat Hospital, mobile clinics, and outreach booths.
Key support by: Nurses, ANMs, ASHA workers, and FSC volunteers.
In collaboration with: UP-NHM, ICDS, and local health departments.
