The General Welfare Programme (GWP) is one of the oldest and most vital ongoing initiatives of FSC. It provides
direct, timely, and humane assistance to the poor, orphans, patients, travelers, and disaster-affected
populations—especially those who are overlooked by formal government systems.
Our Purpose

Types of Assistance Provided
- Medical Relief: Urgent treatment or medicine for poor patients
- Marriage Relief: Support for marriage of girls from low-income families
- Wayfarer Relief: Food and travel support for stranded individuals
- Educational Relief: Fees, uniforms, books, and transport aid for students
- Orphan Relief: Shelter, food, clothing, school support for orphaned children
- General Relief: Cash or in-kind support for survival needs or crisis response
- Natural Calamities: Support during floods, storms, epidemics, etc.
- Help for Poor: Flexible category for deeply distressed urgent cases
