The Health Awareness Programme by Foundation for Social Care (FSC) is an ongoing public education campaign aimed at spreading awareness about key health issues and preventive practices in rural, urban, and marginalized communities.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive campaigns, mobile clinics, and distribution of health materials, FSC has impacted thousands in Uttar Pradesh and beyond—particularly among school children, women, and rural families.

Community Reach

With dedicated FSC volunteers and support from medical professionals, the Health Awareness Programme has reached over 12,000+ individuals across 40+ villages and peri-urban areas.

Special sessions are held for women, adolescent girls, and children to address topics often neglected due to cultural taboos and low literacy levels.
