Our Story

The Foundation for Social Care (FSC) is a public charitable trust, established on 16th July 1994 under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. Founded under the visionary leadership of Maulana Zahir Ahmad Siddiqui, along with a dedicated team of volunteers in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. FSC has been steadfast in its commitment to uplifting marginalized communities through education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and relief & rehabilitation.


For nearly three decades, we have been steadfast in our mission, operating at the grassroots level to empower individuals and families through vital education, accessible healthcare, sustainable economic empowerment, and crucial relief & rehabilitation efforts.


With an unwavering focus on nation-building, FSC champions universal values and fosters inter-community harmony, inspiring transformative change that strengthens the fabric of society. 2002 – Al Farooq Public School: Delivering quality education and nurturing young leaders.
2005 – Tsunami Relief Operations: Immediate relief work for tsunami victims in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
2006 – Umang Community Centre (HIV/AIDS): Supporting and rehabilitating HIV/AIDS patients.
2006 – Abhinav Swasthya Kendra: Innovative health center for comprehensive healthcare services.
2011 – Hayat Institute of Nursing: Training healthcare professionals to serve society better.
2017 – Hayat Unani Medical College & Research Centre: Promoting traditional medicine and research.
2018 – PMKY Skill Development Centre: Equipping youth with vocational skills.
