Established in 1994, Hayat Hospital is a cornerstone project of the Foundation for Social Care (FSC), dedicated to delivering quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the underserved communities of Lucknow and surrounding areas.
It started with a simple yet powerful mission — “Healthcare with Dignity for All.”
The hospital has evolved into a multidisciplinary community healthcare facility with indoor and outdoor services, minor surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, diagnostic testing, pharmacy support, and emergency care.
